Before you choose a plan

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Every plan runs on the same core plugin, so switching plans only changes which add-ons are active — your properties, bookings and settings are untouched.

Do I need Elementor?

No. Every front-end block is available as a shortcode on every plan. Elementor Widgets are included on all four plans for anyone who prefers building pages visually — you just need Elementor itself installed and active.

Which payment processors are supported?

Stripe and PayPal, both with a test mode so you can run the full checkout flow before going live. Support arrives with the Professional plan.

Is hosting included?

Only on Agency, which includes managed WordPress hosting — your choice of Pressable or Cloudways. On Starter, Professional and Business you bring your own host; the plugin needs PHP 8.0+ and WordPress 6.0+, and works with any theme.

What happens if I already manage listings in Guesty or GetDirect?

Business and Agency both import your existing listings from either PMS, with a preview step before anything syncs and a sandbox mode for testing against Guesty specifically.

What's your refund policy?

Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it, no back-and-forth. See our Terms for the full policy.

Can I talk to someone before choosing Agency?

Yes — Agency includes a direct chat line to our team, and you can start that conversation before you buy. Use the "Chat with our team" button on the Agency card, or reach us any time at info@stayintegrator.com.

Can I choose between Pressable and Cloudways for hosting?

Yes. Both are managed WordPress hosts we work with directly on the Agency plan — tell us which you'd rather use during onboarding, or ask us for a recommendation based on your traffic and portfolio size.
