Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using Direct Vacation Rental or any related add-on (together, the "Software"), or by accessing the Stay Integrator website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software or the Site.

These Terms are between you ("Customer," "you") and Stay Integrator ("we," "us," "our").

2. The Service

Direct Vacation Rental is a WordPress plugin family sold under four cumulative plans — Starter, Professional, Business and Agency — each of which unlocks a defined set of add-ons, plus Elementor Widgets, which is available as a separate purchase on any plan. A current description of what each plan includes is published on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 13.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Your access is limited to the plan (and any add-ons) you have purchased for the number of sites specified at checkout.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current information when purchasing a plan or contacting support.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a plan.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

• Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel a plan at any time from your account; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice before your next renewal.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on a first-time purchase of any plan, provided the request is made in writing to info@stayintegrator.com within 7 days of the original purchase. Renewal charges, add-on purchases made after the initial 7-day window, and Agency-plan onboarding services are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless the guarantee above applies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or resell the Software outside the terms of your license;
• Use the Software to process payments for properties you do not have the legal right to rent;
• Use the Software in a way that violates applicable law, including consumer-protection, tax or short-term-rental regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Attempt to circumvent plan-based feature limits, licensing checks, or usage restrictions;
• Use the Site's support channels or contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Intellectual Property & License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of sites permitted by your plan.

Consistent with WordPress.org plugin licensing conventions, the PHP and JavaScript source code of the Software is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). Bundled visual assets, documentation, and the Stay Integrator name and logo remain the property of Stay Integrator and are not covered by the GPL grant.

All content on the Site — including copy, design and the Stay Integrator and Direct Vacation Rental marks — is owned by Stay Integrator or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by the GPL license above.

8. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, Guesty, GetDirect, Elementor, and mapping providers such as Leaflet/OpenStreetMap or Google Maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or handling of your data. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and credentials with those providers.

9. Support & Service Levels

Email support is included with every plan and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at info@stayintegrator.com. We aim to respond within a few hours but do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time except where a separate written service-level agreement is in place.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every theme, hosting environment, or third-party plugin.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay Integrator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost bookings, arising from your use of the Software or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable plan in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you materially breach these Terms and do not correct the breach within a reasonable period after notice. You may stop using the Software and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability — will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where practical we will notify active subscribers by email in advance of changes that affect billing or plan contents. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stay Integrator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer-protection law where you reside.
